Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@sunnitaly.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
